This refund policy applies to subscriptions to Foreman AI, operated by Michael Bernstein, trading as Foreman AI.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to monthly and annual subscription purchases, including renewal payments.
How to request a refund
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net. Use the email address and order details from your purchase receipt to locate your transaction.
Paddle handles the refund to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment method and bank; Paddle will provide the status of your request.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel future renewals using Manage billing in Settings or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing; requesting a refund is a separate action. Paddle will confirm any change to your subscription access when a refund is processed.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Requests outside our refund window are handled under applicable law and Paddle's policies.
