Terms of Service

Foreman AI is operated by Michael Bernstein, trading as Foreman AI ("Foreman AI", "we", "us"). You contract with Michael Bernstein for use of the service; subscription orders are sold by Paddle as described below.

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age and have authority to act for any business whose information you provide.

The service

Foreman AI helps trade businesses draft estimates, invoices, lead replies, and follow-ups, and review job photos, documents, and narrated walkthroughs. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

Your account

• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate business information and keep it updated.

Acceptable use and AI responsibilities

• Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, or infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Do not upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without authorization, bypass usage limits, or jailbreak AI safeguards.
• You are responsible for your prompts, having permission to upload client data and media, and how you use outputs. Review accuracy, measurements, scope, prices, payment terms, and insurance figures before relying on or sending a document.
• AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not a substitute for licensed legal, engineering, insurance, or other regulated professional advice and oversight.

Plans, orders and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually according to the plan and price shown at checkout, and renew until cancelled. Cancel future renewals through Manage billing in Settings or Paddle. Unless a refund changes your access, cancellation leaves access in place until the end of your paid period.

Payments, billing, applicable taxes, cancellation, and refund processing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. We offer a 30-day refund window as described in our Refund Policy.

Our intellectual property and your content

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, may use the outputs generated for you. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. We do not claim ownership of your job content.

You grant us a limited permission to host, process, and transmit your content only to provide and secure the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use. Rights holders can send infringement complaints identifying the work and disputed content to the contact address below.

We may remove or restrict unlawful or infringing content, refuse or filter unsafe outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated infringement or serious misuse.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of AI output. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and limit total liability to fees you paid in the prior 3 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may update these terms and notify you of material changes. You can stop using the service and request account closure using the contact address below; cancelling a subscription and requesting data deletion are separate actions.
